Information

Passes

  • Festival PassThe Festival Pass holders receive access to all screenings and online events from the 30 th of May to the 6 th of June 2021.
  • Discounted Festival Pass The Discounted Festival Pass holders receive access to all screenings and online events from the 30 th of May to the 6 th of June 2021.
    – The pass can be used by pupils and students aged 26 and under, elderly people aged 65 and over, the holders of Large Family Card, City Card (Karta Krakowska), the retired people, pensioners and persons with disabilities are eligible for the pass.
    – The organiser reserves the right to request the Discounted Festival Pass holder to produce the document entitling to the discount.
  • Extra Cinema Fee – entitles the holder to entry to all screenings at the cinemas from the 30 th of May to the 6 th of June 2021, including the opening ceremony of the festival, the Dragon of Dragons award ceremony, the inauguration of the section Focus on Norway and the screenings of the award-winning films. 
    – does not entitle to participate in the closing ceremony of the festival, for which a separate ticket applies (30 PLN)
    – only for the holders of online passes and reduced-price festival passes
  • Festival Pass 10 -The Festival Pass 10 holders receive access to 10 selected online screenings from the 30 th of May to the 6 th of June 2021.

  • All tickets for the selected screenings go on sale online on May 20, 2021. 

Practical information – passes

  • To buy a pass you need to create My KFF account and log in before the purchase. If you already have My KFF account, you can log in using the same details as in previous years.
  • After purchasing a pass, you can use the online cinema only while being in Poland. Your location will be determined based on the IP address you use to access the www.krakowfilmfestival.pl website.
  • The order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
  • After logging in to My KFF account the pass holder can download free tickets for any screenings taking place from May 30 to June 6 in accordance with the type of the pass they own.
  • Free tickets will be available for the pass holders from May 20, 2021.
  • Passes will be available for purchase until June 6, 2021.
  • One My KFF account allows you to purchase only one pass.
  • The number of tickets for each screening in the online cinema is limited; we advise all pass holders to acquire their free tickets in advance. 

Practical information – tickets 

  • All tickets and passes are available online and from 30th May in the following cinemas: Kino Pod Baranami, Mikro, Agrafka and Kijów, MOS (Małopolski Ogród Sztuki). During the festival, all tickets and passes are also available at the Festival Centre located at Pałac Potockich (Rynek Główny 20).

  • Tickets are sold for screenings which may consist of more than one film. You need to find a selected film in the programme and then buy a ticket for a screening that includes that film. The ticket will be valid for all the films in the selected screening.

  • A single ticket can be purchased without creating My KFF account, however we suggest to create it anyway as it will facilitate the access to the acquired screenings.
  • All tickets for the selected screenings go on sale online on May 20, 2021. 
  • Film tickets can be purchased not later than before the screening begins according to the programme.
  • After buying a ticket you will receive an email with an access code for the screening and explanation how to use it.
