The Jury has also decided to grant The Special Mention to film \u201eSmall Change\u201d\/ \u201eKlein Geld\u201d directed by Marc- Andreas Bochert (Germany).<\/p>\n<p>The FICC (International Federation of Film Discussion Clubs) consisting of: Luis B. Barros (Portugal), Lena Harmansson (Sweden), Aleksandra Myszak (Poland) has decided to grant the Don Quichote Award to film \u201eThe Gospel According To The Papuans\u201d\/ \u201eL&#8217;\u00e9vangile Selon Les Papous\u201d directed by Thomas Balm\u00e9s (France).
