The Jury has also decided to grant The Special Mention to film \u201eCows and People\u201d\/ \u201eKor Och Manniskor\u201d directed by Christoph Michold (Sweden).<\/p>\n<p>The FICC (International Federation of Film Discussion Clubs) has decided to grant the Don Quichote Award to films: \u201eMotl&#8217;s Jacket\u201d\/ \u201eMotlowe marynarki\u201d directed by Ewa Straburzy\u0144ska (Poland) and \u201eOn Her Own\u201d\/ \u201eOdna\u201d directed by Dimitri Kabakov (Russia).<\/p>\n<p>The Award founded by the Society of Arts, Chicago, for the director of a film with special artistic merit &#8211;
