Special events accompanying “Focus on Lithuania”.<\/p>\n

Yesterday at the Kino Pod Baranami was held an inauguration of the section ‘Focus on Lithuania’, our this year’s special guest. Today we are inviting to special events which are accompanying the cycle.<\/p>\n

About 15.00 in the Agrafka cinema screening of six films and the meeting with Karolisem Kaupinisem – with director of films ‘The Noisemaker’<\/p><\/div>\n

About 19 at Kino Pod  Baranami we will watch famous "Ramin", warm story about the old athlete which is starting the journey of his life to find his love from before 50 years. Director of the film is Audrius Stonys, winner of a European Film Award, he is also our this year’s juryman and will be present at the meeting after the film.<\/p><\/div>\n

On the other hand at 5 P.M. at Ma\u0142opolski Ogród Sztuki special projection of the film ‘Master and Tatyana’ (dir. Giedr\u0117 \u017dickyt\u0117), one of films of the documentary competition. A brief concert of the Jurgi vocalist, who is the author of the music to this film, will precede the story about the outstanding Lithuanian photographer. Jurga is one of the most talented Lithuanian artists of the stage of the alternative pop. She gained publicity by winning  in the Fizz Superstar program and her debut album ‘Aukso Pieva’.<\/p>\n
