How to buy a pass?
After clicking the “Buy pass” button, you will proceed to log in or register in the My KFF system. Use your account to continue the order. Payment is made online. You will receive a confirmation via email.
Do I need to set up a My KFF account?
Yes. The pass is personal and digital. Register and log in to My KFF before purchasing. If you have an account from previous years – you can use it.
Can I buy several passes?
When logging into one My KFF account, you can buy only 1 pass for yourself. To buy a pass for another person, they must have their own My KFF account, or you can buy a gift voucher for them (available as the HAPPY_INSIDER option).
What exactly does my pass include?
- MAX_INSIDER: Cinemas (31 May–7 June) + VOD (5 June–19 June) + handmade bag + 48h priority booking + invitations to opening & closing galas.
- HOT_INSIDER: Cinemas (31 May–7 June) + VOD (5 June–19 June) + _insider tote bag + 24h priority booking + invitations to opening & closing galas.
- CRAZY_INSIDER: 10 tickets (cinema or VOD) to be used flexibly.
- LAZY_INSIDER: VOD only (5 June–19 June).
Does VOD work abroad?
Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, films on the KFF VOD platform are available exclusively within the territory of Poland. We would love to share cinema with the whole world, but we must comply with territorial agreements concluded with distributors and producers.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. According to the Rules and Regulations, the desire to receive an invoice must be reported via email to [email protected]. In the message, please provide the buyer’s data (name and surname or company name, address, tax ID/NIP). You have 3 months from the date of purchase to do so. The invoice will be sent electronically.
Can I return a purchased pass?
Unfortunately, due to the specific nature of cultural events scheduled for a specific term, the return of a purchased pass is not possible (pursuant to Article 38, Clause 12 of the Consumer Rights Act and the Rules and Regulations of sale). We kindly ask for thoughtful purchases – we hope the rich festival programme will fully compensate for this inconvenience!
