This is a voucher that you can give to someone as a gift. It gives the holder access to screenings in cinemas from 31 May to 7 June and to a selection of films on KFF VOD* that can be viewed from 5 to 19 June 2026. The recipient will also receive our insider bag (available for pickup at the festival center during the event)!
How do I get the voucher? It’s simple: you will receive it at the email address you provided during the payment process. It can be sent to someone or printed out and given as a gift. TheHAPPY Pass is a great idea for any occasion. Under the Christmas tree or for a birthday, emotion included…

How does it work?
We will send the passes and vouchers you have purchased to the email address you provide when placing your order.
Each file contains a unique code that you will convert into a real pass in My KFF.
We care about the ordering process and your convenience, so we will remind you to exchange the code for a real pass.
We send emails with vouchers on working days, so don’t worry if you buy over the weekend – you’ll definitely get the email on Monday!

After clicking the “Buy voucher” button, you will proceed to log in or register in the My KFF system. Use your account to continue the order. Payment is made online. After the purchase, you will receive the unique code directly in the email body. In the attachment, you will find a PDF file with activation instructions.
Do I need to set up a My KFF account?
Yes, to make a purchase, you must have an account. However, the person you gift the voucher to will also need to have (or set up) a My KFF account to exchange the code received from you for their personal named pass.
Can I buy a voucher for another person?
Yes! This is the main advantage of HAPPY_INSIDER. The voucher is not assigned to a name at the moment of purchase. You receive a code that you can transfer to any person. It becomes a named pass only when the recipient activates it on their account. You can buy any number of vouchers as gifts.
What exactly does the voucher pass include?
The HAPPY_INSIDER voucher is exchanged for a pass with HOT_INSIDER parameters. It includes:
Cinemas: unlimited access to screenings (31 May – 7 June),
VOD: unlimited online access (5 June – 19 June),
Extras: _insider festival tote bag + 24h priority booking + invitations to the opening and closing galas.
Does VOD work abroad?
Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, films on the KFF VOD platform are available exclusively within the territory of Poland. We would love to share cinema with the whole world, but we must comply with territorial agreements concluded with distributors and producers. Please warn the recipient about this if they live abroad.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. According to the Rules and Regulations, the desire to receive an invoice must be reported via email to [email protected]. In the message, please provide the buyer’s data (name and surname or company name, address, tax ID/NIP). You have 3 months from the date of purchase to do so. The invoice will be sent electronically.
Can I return a purchased voucher?
Unfortunately, due to the specific nature of cultural events scheduled for a specific term, the return of a purchased voucher/pass is not possible (pursuant to Article 38, Clause 12 of the Consumer Rights Act and the Rules and Regulations of sale). We kindly ask for thoughtful purchases.
