WHAT DOES THE PACKAGE INCLUDE?

With a single purchase, you receive a set of benefits worth nearly 400 PLN:

1. Two CRAZY Passes (20 screenings in total) This is your plan for May and June evenings. You receive two independent passes (10 screenings each: cinema + online).

Shared time: Choose 10 titles and watch them together, treating every screening like a date with authentic cinema.
Freedom of choice: Screenings take place in art-house cinemas and online. You decide whether you prefer the big screen or a home screening.
Even more freedom: Since the passes are independent, you don’t have to attend every screening together. Moreover, you can watch home screenings together “on a single ticket.”

2. Ceremonial Galas These are the moments when the festival reveals its most exclusive face.

Opening Gala: Be the first viewers in Poland to see the opening film of the 66th KFF. This is where world and Polish premieres take place.
Closing Gala: See live who receives the Golden Horn, Dragon, and Hobby-Horse awards. Feel the atmosphere of an international celebration of cinema, usually reserved for filmmakers and the industry.

3. Elegant Invitation (PDF) The pass is digital, but the gesture should be tangible. After purchase, you will receive an invitation design for self-printing. Write a dedication and hand over a ticket to the world of Insiders.

How do I purchase the Valentine’s package?

After clicking the “Buy Voucher” button, you will proceed to log in or register in the My KFF system. Use your account to continue with the order. Payment is made online. After purchase, you will receive the unique codes in the body of an email. The attached PDF file contains the invitation and activation instructions.

Do I need to create a My KFF account?

Yes, you must have an account to make a purchase. However, the person you gift the second code to will also need to have (or create) a My KFF account in order to exchange the code they receive from you for their own personal pass.

When will I receive the purchased package?

Emails with codes and PDF invitations are sent on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM CET. So don’t worry if you buy a pass on the weekend – you will definitely receive it in your inbox on Monday!

What exactly does the voucher include?

The LOVE_INSIDER voucher is exchanged for two passes with CRAZY_INSIDER parameters. This includes:

Cinema + Online: 10 screenings per pass (May 31 – June 19),
Gift: Double invitations to the Opening and Closing Galas.

Does KFF VOD work abroad?

Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, films on the KFF VOD platform are available exclusively within Poland. We would love to share cinema with the whole world, but we must adhere to territorial agreements made with distributors and producers. Please inform the recipient of this if they live abroad.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes. According to the regulations, a request for an invoice should be sent via email to [email protected]. In the message, please provide the purchaser’s details (name and surname or company name, address, tax ID/NIP). You have 3 months from the date of purchase to do this. The invoice will be sent electronically.

Can I return a purchased voucher?

Unfortunately, due to the specific nature of cultural events scheduled for a specific date, returns of purchased vouchers/passes are not possible (in accordance with Article 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act and the Terms of Sale). We kindly ask for thoughtful purchases.

The 66th Krakow Film Festival will be held in cinemas from May 31 to June 7 and online across Poland on the KFF VOD platform from 5 to 19 June 2026.
