How do I buy a pass?
The purchase process is instant and does not require logging in to a My KFF account. After clicking the “Buy pass” button, you will be redirected to a virtual checkout in the Przelewy24 system. There, after filling out a brief order form, you can complete the transaction in just a few steps.
Do I need to have a Krakow Card (Karta Krakowska)?
Yes. Although the Card is not verified during the online purchase or pass activation in My KFF, cinema staff may ask to see it before you enter the screening room.
What payment methods are available?
The Przelewy24 system ensures security and convenience, offering payments via BLIK, Google Pay, credit/debit cards, and fast online transfers. Przelewy24 installments (from 5 to 50 installments) are also available, making even premium passes cost just a few PLN per month, allowing you to enjoy the festival without straining your budget.
Can I buy more than one pass?
Yes, you can purchase any number of passes in a single transaction (by increasing the quantity in the Przelewy24 cart). However, please note: each code must be activated on a separate My KFF account. Only one pass can be assigned to a single My KFF account.
Do I need a My KFF account to make a purchase?
You do not need a My KFF account to pay for your order in Przelewy24. However, it will be required in the next step to activate your purchased code and link the pass to your My KFF account, which allows you to download free tickets for screenings.
How do I register a My KFF account?
The process only takes a moment. Go to the My KFF Registration page and fill out the short form to create your account.
When will I receive my pass?
After your order is paid, our Audience Service Department receives confirmation from the payment system. We then generate your unique code and send it to the e-mail address provided in the Przelewy24 form. We aim to send codes immediately after the payment is processed; however, due to technical reasons, this process may take up to 24 hours.
How do I activate my pass code?
Once you receive the e-mail with your code, log in to your My KFF account. Then, go to the Activate code page and enter your code there. Your pass will be immediately assigned to your My KFF account.
What exactly does my pass include?
  • MAX_INSIDER: Cinemas (31.05–7.06) + VOD (5.06–19.06) + handmade bag + tickets 48h in advance + invitations to the Festival’s opening and closing galas.
  • HOT_INSIDER: Cinemas (31.05–7.06) + VOD (5.06–19.06) + insider bag + tickets 24h in advance + invitations to the Festival’s opening and closing galas.
  • CRAZY_INSIDER: 10 tickets (Cinema 31.05–7.06 or VOD 8.06–19.06) to be used flexibly.
  • LAZY_INSIDER: VOD only (5.06–19.06) and selected online program highlights. Important: due to licensing restrictions, not all KFF films will be available on KFF VOD.
Does VOD work abroad?
Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, films on the KFF VOD platform are available exclusively within Poland. We must strictly adhere to territorial agreements made with distributors and filmmakers.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. To request an invoice, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. Include the buyer’s details (full name or company name, address, Tax ID/NIP). You have 3 months from the date of purchase to request it. The invoice will be sent electronically.
Can I return a purchased pass?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of cultural events scheduled for a specific date, returns of purchased passes (or codes) are not possible (in accordance with Art. 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act and the Terms of Sale). Please consider your purchase carefully.
