Turritopsis dohrnii, a small hydrozoan, knows the great secret of nature – immortality. This unremarkable medusa, which can reverse its life cycle and last in the never-ending cycle of reincarnations, has become an inspiration for a film impression about the common fate of living beings and galaxies. This hybrid short film by Amanda Tasse, which received the Scientists Award at Imagine Science Films, was funded by 200 donors using a crowdfunding platform.
