A poetic tale, stimulating the senses, about journeys to the furthest corners of the globe, where silence becomes the key element in reflecting on the relationship between man and nature. Just as there are many types of music, there are also many types of silence. It sounds different in Antarctica, underwater or in the Tatras. Hikes lasting many days facilitate meditation and insight into oneself. The experiences of the extreme expeditions are recounted by outstanding Polish mountaineers, such as Andrzej Bargiel, Kinga Baranowska and Anna Tybor, and traveller Marek Kaminski. They are accompanied by the landscape of sounds and images of impenetrable nature.
