Ukraine, 2028. The war is over, and difficult issues need to be sorted out. In a gym, on tables arranged at an equal distance from each other, there are white bags containing the exhumed bodies of the victims of Russian aggression. In the hall, there are families waiting to identify their loved ones. This group includes Olena, who, with her daughter Kira and new partner Timur, has come to collect the results of the DNA test confirming the death of her missing husband. During the procedure, the woman is overwhelmed by doubts.

Graduate of the Faculty of Visual Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź and the Directing Department of the Łódź Film School. He has made 13 short films to date. His third-year etude, Before I Sleep, was presented at over 30 festivals around the world and was awarded at, among others, the Youth and Film Festival in Koszalin and the Italian Lucca Film Festival. His graduation picture “Creature” won a Silver Tadpole at the Energa Camerimage 2022 festival and an award in the Shortlist section of the New Horizons 2023 festival.
