Destined for Blues

Jan Kidawa-Błoński – film director, screenwriter and film and television producer. He was born in 1953 in Chorzów. He studied Architecture at the Silesian Polytechnic in Gliwice and then earned a degree from the Film Directing Department of Łódź Film School. Associated with such Polish film studios as Silesia, Oko and Zodiak. Since 1991 he has been the president and co-owner of Gambit Production. He has directed numerous award-winning features, including Three Feet Off the Ground, Destined for Blues and Little Rose.
