A boy suffers from a rare visual impairment which causes light to pass through his eyes extremely slowly. What is happening at the moment reaches his consciousness with a delay of seven years! Because of this, the boy focuses on the past, completely ignoring reality. The animation touches on the problem of living in the past and thinking about it with sentiment, embellishing and glorifying memories, while at the same time suppressing everyday problems. Slow-motion pastel frames juxtapose black-and-white 2D animation, which enables subtle blending of two time orders connecting nostalgic thoughts with the present.
