Yesterday, on 4th March 2013, the Polish Film Awards ceremony was held in National Theatre in Warsaw. The category  Best Documentary Film has appeared for the first time this year and was preceded by the consultation with Krakow Film Foundation.

Michał Marczak was nominated for "Fuck For Forest", Jacek Bławut got nomination for "Man at War" and Jerzy Śladkowski for "Vodka Factory". Jacek Bławut and Jerzy Śladkowski were guests of the 52nd Krakow Film Festival.

The Award for the Best Documentary Film went to Jacek Bławut, "Man at War".

Congratulations! We are very happy with the director’s winning. "Man at War" was presented during the last year’s Krakow Film Festival. We are looking forward to Jacek Bławut’s next projects.

Equally pleasing for us was an information about the award for Best Music for Krzysztof Komeda and Mariusz Ostański, authors of the music for the documentary film "Komeda, Komeda …", which was presented at our festival last year.
