The Silver Dragon for the Director of the Best Animated Film to the film „The Invasion” directed by Phil Mulloy (Great Britain)

The Silver Dragon for the Director of the Best Fiction Film to the film „A Man Thing”/ „Męska sprawa” directed by Sławomir Fabicki (Poland)

 

The Honorary Diplomas for film:

„Reporting From A Rabbit’s Hutch”/ „Reportaż iz klietki dla krolikow” directed by Victor Dashuk (Byelorussia)

THE PRIX UIP CRACOW – The EFA Nomination Krakow 2002 – a nomination for the European Film Award in the short film category to the film „Part Time”/ „Mi- temps” directed by Mathias Gokalp (France)

The FIPRESCI (International Film Critics) Jury at 42th Krakow Film Festival consisting of: Ingvald Bergsagel (Norway), Rolf- Ruediger Hamacher (Germany), Mirosława Jurkowska (Poland) has decided to award the film „Dust” directed by Michale Boganim (Great Britain/ Ukraine). The Jury has also decided go grant The Special Mention to the film „Home Road Movies” directed by Robert Bradbrook (Great Britain).

The FICC (International Federation of Film Discussion Clubs) Jury at 42th Krakow Film Festival consisting of: Göran Andersson (Sweden), Marek Hovorka (Czech Republic), Jacek Jaroszyk (Poland) has decided to grant the Don Quichote Award ex aequo to the films „Old Believers”/ „Starovĕrci” directed by Jana Ševčikova (Czech Republic), „Home Road Movies” directed by Robert Bradbrook, „The Look of Happiness” directed by Marianela Maldonado (Great Britain).
