Perfect Town

Switzerland2016animated4'Konkurs krótkometrażowy (2017)

Somewhere up the hill a perfect town is located; one can reach it only after climbing plenty of stairs and outstripping the competition. Happiness hidden in this perfect land is only apparent and, above all, fleeting. Nevertheless, every day, more people climb to get it… Visually speaking, the animation is a combination of Pablo Picasso’s cubism and Man Ray and Salvador Dali’s surrealism. That is what the eponymous town looks like where rigid rules are confronted with the most absurd and obscene behaviour.
