These walls witnessed the history of Iran as well as the turbulent story of three generations of a family residing in a Teheran villa for over half a century when the world around them was in tumult and everything was changing. The upper class family preserved its extensive archives which were used by the descendants to create a motion picture about the house and its residents. Women, headed by the grandmother, played a particular role in it as they became the guides on this historical tour from the shah-era through the Islamic revolution to the modern times.
