Agata Roczniak – Poland’s first model in a wheelchair, an excellent swimmer and president of the Diversum Foundation – proves that life with a disability is more than just a fight against adversity. Despite struggling with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), she is fulfilled as a mother and wife. She swims, skydives, hikes in the mountains and works as a model. As part of her activity in the foundation, she is involved in raising public awareness about the problems of people with various disabilities and infects others with her optimism.
