The morning begins with a scream - the day ahead promises a barrage of chores, and the pressure to make money leaves no room for relaxation. This witty, dynamic film examines the cult of productivity and the absurdity of corporate reality, in which everything accelerates all at once and spirals out of control. Amid this tension, procrastination yoga appears. A calm, soothing voice encourages you to slow down, dance, and breathe, even if your inner anxiety persists. Amid the familiar sounds of work and mounting chaos, ironic humor reveals the system’s paradox: moments of apparent relaxation are ultimately meant to boost productivity even further.

A graduate of the Łódź Film School in animation and special effects, she is currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Arts and Design – UNAM. In 2017, she received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for outstanding achievements. Her films 'Oh, Mother!' (2017), 'Bless You!' (2018), '3 GeNarracje' (2021) and 'Tears' (2025) have won numerous awards at national and international festivals. They have been screened at festivals such as the Berlinale, Annecy, Clermont-Ferrand, ITFS, Cinanima, AnimaFest Zagreb, OIAF, Ann Arbor and KFF.
