An intimate film essay by German artist Vika Kirchenbauer exploring the experience of living in a world dominated by systemic oppression. The starting point is her personal observations – ranging from police violence to everyday life in Berlin – situated within the context of debates on Palestine and queer rights. Using an experimental form, Kirchenbauer shows how political and social structures permeate the most intimate spheres of life. The result is a multi-layered narrative about the body entangled in contemporary systems of control.
