Workshops focusing on developing skills in self-promotion and networking in the audiovisual industry. How to utilize available tools to improve visibility and effectively position yourself? How to take care of the portfolio? How to plan a strategy for building professional contacts?

Workshops will be led by Anna E. Dziedzic / Crew United Poland

The program includes:

  • Utilizing market tools – we will discuss how to use platforms, apps, and social media to help you stand out in the industry.
  • Portfolio management – we will look at best practices for creating and presenting an attractive portfolio.
  • Networking strategy – you will learn effective methods for planning and executing networking strategies that will help you build lasting, professional relationships.

The workshops are open to professionals from all areas of the film industry. Admission is free for accredited festival guests. Please note that the number of places is limited.

Anna E. Dziedzic

Anna E. Dziedzic (Crew United Polska) – A PR professional with over 15 years of experience in planning and implementing promotional strategies in the film industry. Currently working for Crew United, a European networking platform for filmmakers. Previously, for over 6 years, she was involved in promoting the Polish film industry internationally at Film Commission Poland. She also served as the spokesperson for the Krakow Film Festival for 8 years, and has worked at the post-production studio Fixafilm, the Polish Producers Alliance, and Alvernia Studios.

Crew United is a networking platform and database for the European film industry. It enables users to present their audiovisual portfolio; direct search for co-workers and job opportunities, establishing contacts as well as extensive market research. It covers all types of audiovisual production in all stages, from financing to completed works. The portal has been operating since 1996, is available in 9 languages and has over 50,000 registered users. The Crew United team consists of seasoned film professionals based in Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Lithuania and Romania.
